The TTEA cordially invites you to our local and virtual ENDOWALK themed A Healthier, Happier Me, as we join other entities around the world to shed light on this life interfering disease, endometriosis. This year our ENDOWALK will be held on Zoom. To participate, purchase a $20.00 face mask. A mask is equal to registration for one person.

Registration Steps
Step 1
Bank Deposit

Make payment for ENDOWALK on Endometriosis to the TTEA's bank acc. no. 2178820 at any First Citizens Bank (FCB) nationwide.

Collect and keep your validated deposit slip.

Ensure that your name is written clearly on the validated deposit slip.

Step 2

Complete the ENDOWALK registration form.

Be sure to upload s copy of the validated deposit slip.

Ensure your email contact is correct.

Click the register button to submit the form and complete registration.

Ensure receipt of message confirming successful registration.
Step 3

Check your emails, inbox and junk mail folders regularly for the ENDOWALK details.

Be sure to follow/complete the instructions provided.
N.B. Provide a valid email contact as this will be the TTEA's primary form of communication.
Registration will close on Thursday 25th March, 2021 at
6 p.m.
