We are ecstatic to invite you to this new holistic approach to endometriosis patient care management in T&T.  On behalf of the Trinidad & Tobago Endometriosis Association, please join us at the Patients Webinar on Endometriosis on Saturday 13 March, 2021, 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (AST), via Zoom.   

 

Under the theme, Beyond Period Pain: A Healthier Happier Me, this pioneering webinar will educate you and expand the conversation on best practices in managing endometriosis holistically, addressing intimate issues aimed at developing a healthier happier you.  The webinar will feature a number of qualified and experienced international and local presenters from an array of interrelated patient care management fields who will be well equipped to address all your questions.  We are elated to convene this meeting.

Due to the prevailing economic crisis/corona (COVID-19) pandemic, a 50% discount is applied to the registration fee.

Registration Steps

Step 1

Bank Deposit

  1. Make payment for Patients Webinar on Endometriosis to  the TTEA's bank acc. no. 2178820 at any First Citizens Bank (FCB) nationwide.

  2. Collect and keep your validated  deposit slip.

  3. Ensure that your name is written clearly on the validated deposit  slip.

Or

Online Transfer

  1. Transfer  the reg. fee from your bank account to the TTEA's bank acc. no. 2178820 at FCB.

  2. Be sure to follow the steps provided by your bank for online transfer.

  3. Take a photo of the successful transfer of funds.

Step 2

  1. Complete the Patients Webinar on Endometriosis registration form.

  2. Be sure to upload the deposit slip or the photo.

  3. Ensure your email contact is correct.

  4. Click the register button to submit the form and complete registration.

  5. Ensure receipt of message confirming successful registration.

Step 3

  1. Check your emails, inbox and junk mail folders regularly for the webinar details.

  2. Be sure to follow/complete the instructions provided.

N.B. Provide a valid email contact as this will be the TTEA's primary form of communication.
